What is the Therapeutic and Medicinal Uses of Essential Oils Weekend Workshop?
Approach Aromatherapy blending from a practical perspective.
During this in-depth weekend Aromatherapy workshop, you will learn about the therapeutic and medicinal benefits and applications essential oils. This is an excellent refresher course for essential oil enthusiasts and a perfect introduction for anyone interested in learning more about the healing power of essential oils.
Essential oils are the bloodline of the plant. The oil provides plant protection by giving immunity to ward off undesirable bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, and insects just like our blood does. When a tree is cut it bleeds gum resin into the wound to initiate healing, very similar to our skin cut by a knife mending. Essential oils extend their therapeutic healing actions to us.
During an existing weekend in a nurturing learning environment, learn how to integrate essential oils in a multi-layered approach for health and well-being. We’ll introduce basic aroma chemistry and the healing benefits of chemical components in essential oils.
Blending is a key element of aromatherapy. We’ll discuss a variety of blends and products to enhance your life physically and emotionally. We respect the power of essential oils and will clearly cover safety and contraindications of the oils studied during this weekend workshop.
This is a challenging and fun weekend workshop. No previous Aromatherapy training is required.
